Every Brookehaven Pug Puppy is adopted to their new family as a Family Pet

covered by a non-breeding contract. Every owner of a Brookehaven Puppy is

required to sign a contract, confirming that they understand and agree that they

will not allow their Brookehaven Pug to be used for any breeding purposes.  

They also agree to have they Pug Puppy spayed or neutered before six months

of age and will send us proof of the surgery within 2 weeks of the surgery date.
